Returns & Exchanges

At Naked City Clothing, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
